Q. How often will my new books arrive?A. You'll receive no more than two books each year.
Q. When will my first shipment arrive?
A. We ship most products within a few days of receiving your order. Most shipments will arrive within 3-4 weeks.

Q. How do I decline a future shipment of a book?
A. You can decline a shipment by clicking here. Or you can return the reply portion of the announcement card you received in the mail. We recommend you mail the card at least seven days before the deadline. You can decline a shipment over the Internet up to the deadline stated on the card you received in the mail.
Q. I need to change my address. How can I do that?
A. You can change your address by clicking here.
Q. How can I return a book?
A. We allow you to preview products before you buy because we're confident you will be pleased with them. If you need to return your product, please repackage it in its original carton. Then mail it back to us at P.O. Box 5000, Big Sandy, TX 75755, within the preview period, and we'll credit your account as quickly as possible. If you want to cancel future shipments, please include a note with your return stating your wishes or click here to cancel online.
Q. How can I cancel my membership?
A. You can submit your request to cancel here. We'll send you an email confirmation as soon as your cancellation is processed. If there's a service problem or other reason you wish to cancel, we hope you'll contact us first and give us a chance to solve the problem.
Q. How can I request a Merchandise Return Label?
A. Just print and cut out the Merchandise Return Label. When printing, please make sure the check box "Expand small pages to paper size" is not checked. You will need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader to download this file.
Q. Why do I continue to receive books?
A. When you purchase from Annie's, you join the thousands of satisfied customers who enjoy free previews of each new volume in the book series of your choice as it is released -- no more than two per year. We mail you an announcement in advance of each book, and if you want to enjoy your reserved free preview do nothing -- we'll mail the book directly to your door! If you don't wish to receive it, just indicate that by either declining the book here or returning the announcement by mail within 10 days. You always have at least 10 days to decide and let us know. If you wish to add the next edition to your library, we'll bill you later for your book, plus shipping and processing. If you decide it's not for you, or if you ever have less than 10 days to respond to our announcement, simply return the book and owe nothing. The choice is always yours. You may cancel any time simply by writing us, and there is no obligation to buy.
Q. Why do you send me a bill before the book arrives?
A. Your first "bill" is actually an acknowledgment of the order. Since the acknowledgment is sent first-class mail, and the book is sent bound-printed matter (slower delivery), the acknowledgment reaches you first. We reassure you that you do have a 21-day examination period to decide if you would like to keep the book.
Q. Why do I get so many invoices?
A. We may send up to a total of seven invoices if we have not yet received your payment or any other notification from you. You can check your account online for up-to-date information.
Q. I have already paid -- why am I still getting bills?
A. When we send an invoice for a book you have ordered, we allow four weeks to pass before we send a follow-up invoice. Sometimes we may receive your payment a day or so after we have already sent the follow-up invoice. If you have already made your payment and receive another invoice afterwards, you may ignore it. You may check your account online for up-to-date information.
Q. How do I know that my credit card is secure when I order from you or make a payment over the Internet?
A. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software that is among the best available today for secure Internet transactions. When you place an order or pay your bill on-line, this software encrypts all of your personal information, including your credit card number, so that it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet.
Q. I'm unable to make my payment or other customer care transaction over the Internet. Who should I contact?
A. Please call customer care at (800) 282-6643 if you experience a problem making a transaction to your account online.
Q. Do you accept International orders?
A. We are currently only able to ship orders to the U.S. and Canada.
Q. Why don't you publish a catalog listing of all your books with prices and descriptions?
A. Available books can be purchased at AnniesCatalog.com.
Q. I'm having a problem with a pattern in one of your books. Who can I contact for help?
A. Please contact our Pattern Services Department by completing the pattern services request form here. Be sure to include your name, email address, daytime phone number and the name of the item you have a question about.
Q. What is your policy concerning mailing lists?
A. We regularly communicate to our customers through the mail with information and offers from our family of companies. From time to time we make our customer mailing list available to other companies that sell goods and services that we believe would interest our customers. (We do not provide customer telephone numbers to these companies.)
