Nancy Brown
Public Relations Manager
Nancy Brown is the public relations manager for DRG. She joined the company in 2004.
Brown has a background in public relations, journalism and non-profit work. She was formerly in ministry at Trinity Friends Church in Van Wert, Ohio, where she coordinated public relations, Web projects, day programs, drama and music. She was the office manager for the Van Wert County Agricultural Society and worked 10 years in the healthcare field. She began her career as a reporter for the Van Wert Times Bulletin.
Brown holds a bachelor's degree in professional writing from Taylor University and has completed graduate classes from Wright State University. She has written numerous articles and curriculum pieces for various publications and has been included in two Who's Who editions.
She serves on the board of directors for the Berne, Ind., Chamber of Commerce, chairs the Chamber manufacturing committee, is a member of the Berne Rotary and serves on the Berne Community Development Corporation steering committee.
Brown has two grown children, Serena and Justin. In her free time, she enjoys freelance writing, gardening and day trips. She sings and leads worship at her church and serves on the board of directors for the Van Wert Chapter of Youth for Christ.
